Taryn is a second-generation real estate professional, who has known the Summit County area since 1985. Taryn initially learned about the value of real estate from her family, who would spend an annual Saturday together, cleaning between tenants. Her parents never called it cleaning – they called it “paying for college.”
After she completed her B.A. in Finance, Taryn began her career with a global management consulting firm, Accenture, where she guided financial services clients. Taryn traveled the world as much as she could and began her own real estate investments, but the goggle tan in her driver’s license photo never fooled airport security – Colorado was home.
Taryn came to the Rockies to climb a different kind of ladder – one with high peaks, rugged backcountry, and campfires that followed an alpenglow. Whether it’s a day on the ranch volunteering with the local horse rescue organization or sipping hot cocoa with friends on a snow covered sleigh, Taryn loves being immersed in mountain culture. Next to skiing, high alpine hiking and trail running are her favorite sports. Inspired by the mountain life, Taryn shares her stories as a guest columnist for the local newspaper.
Living in a land made of 75% forest, Taryn never has trouble finding a room with a view. For decades, Taryn has been grateful for the opportunity to share her knowledge and professional guidance for the benefit of others.
