I have been selling real estate in Breckenridge for such a long time that I almost picture my husband and I arriving here in a covered wagon. It was unpaved streets and more open space than buildings on Main Street. 90% of the now existing buildings were not yet built.

For 32 years, I owned and operated my real estate business, Executive Resorts Real Estate, as well as a rental management company, Executive Resorts Rental, Inc. My husband, Sal, and I had a perfect partnership, I handled the purchasing of land and Sal would do the construction and rental management side. In addition, for many years I wrote and published a paper called the Breckenridge News. The paper gave me the opportunity to learn and explore all aspects of Summit County. I have transitioned my love for the newspaper to my blog, www.brecknews.com. I post daily about the Summit County real estate market and neighborhood updates, events, restaurants, recreational happenings, and photos of local creatures, both 2 legged and four. I have been awarded a CRS designation for high sales and ongoing national education in 1985, less than 6% of the agents in the nation have earned this prestigious designation, and I have also been rewarded a CRB, certified residential broker, a similar award for Broker managers, which I no longer use. Lastly, I have earned a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and I believe I am the first in Summit County to have done so.
